Glad to meet you.
I am Siddharth - the founder of The Healthspan Co. I am 42 and till recently, I was the country head at Glanbia Performance Nutrition, the world's largest sports nutrition company and in all, I have over 18 years of experience, working in foods & nutrition categories. Beyond this, I am deeply passionate about health & wellness.
It pained me to see that many of my friends and colleagues were struggling to take care of their physical health, once they hit mid 30's.
The idea of The Healthspan Co. was born from this shared struggle. When I moved to the right side of 35, I started observing a number of changes in my body like weight gain (despite no change in diet or exercise), fatigue setting in a lot earlier after playing tennis and some challenges in digesting milk products. And my personal experience with tacking some of these issues, led to the birth of The Healthspan Co. in October 2022.
At The Healthspan Co, our mission is to help you stay youthful for longer. All our products are heart healthy, gut friendly and diabetes friendly.
